Cosori Dual Blaze TwinFry Compact

A smaller footprint that still splits into two separate cooking zones whenever you happen to need them. Compact on the worktop and genuinely flexible in the basket, with the divider deciding how you cook on any given night of the week, with no fuss at all involved.

Slide in the separator and the flex-basket becomes two horizontal cooking zones sitting side by side, each with its own settings. Take it back out again and you have one uninterrupted space for a single larger dish or a full tray of roast vegetables in one layer.

A big 8.6-liter total capacity separates neatly into two 4.3-liter zones once the divider is dropped in. That is more than enough for a full family meal, yet the unit stays small enough to sit on a worktop without dominating the room as an oven does ever would.

The compact ceramic flex-basket, its divider and the crisper plates are all durable and completely toxin-free. No harmful coatings are used anywhere your food can reach, just a slick surface that releases food cleanly and washes up under a running tap in moments.

Pick a program, set the time and press start, and that really is the entire learning curve. The clear touch panel keeps every control for both cooking zones in one place, with no app, no pairing and no account setup needed before your very first meal out of the box.

Dual Blaze technology places heating elements both above and below the food, so heat surrounds it evenly from every side at once. There is no flipping and no shaking guaranteed, just consistent browning across the whole of the compact flex-basket from top to bottom.

Sync finishes both zones of the flex-basket at exactly the same moment, even when the two dishes need completely different times and temperatures. Match copies one zone's settings straight across when you are cooking a simple double batch of one dish across both zones.

A super powerful 2700 W output heats up in moments and holds its temperature steady even with both cooking zones fully loaded. Every meal cooks evenly from edge to edge, with no cold spots left anywhere at all in either of the two cooking zones of the appliance.

Five functions are covered by five pre-set programs: air fry, roast, bake, grill and reheat. Each one sets both the temperature and the right motor speed for the dish in hand, so all you have to do is make your choice on the panel and press start to begin cooking.

Set the temperature anywhere from 35°C to 240°C, from gentle drying and dehydrating right the way up to proper high-heat grilling. One compact appliance covers that entire range, so there is no guesswork at all before you start cooking for the family on a weeknight.

The nonstick ceramic flex-basket, divider and crisper plates are all fully dishwasher safe, so everything goes in together at the end of the meal. On a busy night that turns the whole clean-up into one quick load rather than a long stint at the kitchen sink.

Cosori is all about bringing wellness to the kitchen, and the Dual Blaze TwinFry Compact fits all of that into a smaller space. Backed by years of Cosori air frying expertise, it is ready whenever you are to cook tonight's dinner, whatever you fancy on the night.
