Official channels

Why is it important to purchase from official resellers?

As the official distributor in the country, we are entitled to give you manufacturer support and services beyond that in the local language.

But in case the product comes from a source where we are not able to identify the originality of the product (not through our logistics), or simply they are imported from another country where the products can slightly differ from ours, we are unable to proceed quickly with helping you. And we might ask you to turn to the importing retailer as they have the right to help you.

For official channels, there is an agreement between the manufacturer and us that enables Amaze to help you with all resources available. But in case the product comes through non-official channels, there is no agreement behind.

We are from Eastern Europe and we would like to offer local consumer care services to you for your maximum satisfaction and trust.

Official warranty

As we are the official distributors in the country for the brands we market, we can offer official warranty and added value services to you.

Expert help

You can turn to us anytime with any questions and we will help you out. We will carefully listen, understand and find the way to make you amazed.

Priority support

Whatever comes, official purchases get priority support always. We also try to help non-official channels' purchases but that can take weeks.
